2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team inspects it.

If approved, refunds are initiated within 7 days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank, UPI, wallet, or card).

If the product was a Cash on Delivery order, we refund via bank transfer.
4. Replacement Option

If you do not want a refund, we can send a replacement product of the same value.
