Refund policy

At binsaura.com, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and for that reason, we have a fair and simple return and refund policy.

1. Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To process a return, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof. This helps us verify the issue and take quick action.

  • Products should be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or tampered jewellery.

  • Products returned without an unboxing video.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality team inspects it.

  • If approved, refunds are initiated within 7 days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank, UPI, wallet, or card).

  • If the product was a Cash on Delivery order, we refund via bank transfer.

4. Replacement Option

  • If you do not want a refund, we can send a replacement product of the same value.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Process

  2. Share your order ID, unboxing video, and issue details.

  3. Our team will confirm if the return is eligible.

  4. Courier partner will pick up the product (where available) or you may need to ship it back.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

At Bins Aura, we ensure every product is quality-checked before shipping, but in rare cases of damage or mistakes, we are committed to resolving it fairly.
